TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  • On project agreement the customer will need to make an advance payment of the agreed sum. Until this advance payment is received by the artist, the estimated build schedule is not confirmed and no parts will be procured.

 

  • The total cost provided for the project by the artist is fixed unless changes to requirements are introduced by the customer, or additional parts are agreed upon.

 

  • The project will be constructed and finished to the highest standard possible within the limitations of the: materials used, base kit, associated aftermarket products used, and the labor costs quoted. Absolute historical and technical accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

 

  • All efforts will be made to meet the estimated start and completion dates but some variations may be necessary as a result of delays with this or other earlier projects, late delivery of parts or communication by the customer, or other circumstances beyond the artist's control, and will be communicated as soon as they become apparent.

 

  • Additional charges may be incurred should requirements be changed or enhanced by the client before or during the build phase.

 

  • High resolution images of the finished project will be made available upon completion for approval by the Customer. Completed project will be shipped or may be collected on or after receipt of the balance of payment.

 

  • Payments may be made by PayPal (preferred if possible), bank transfer or cash on collection. Full details will be made available on project agreement.

 

  • The project may be collected in person by arrangement, in which case shipping cost will be waived. The artist can also deliver personally within a reasonable distance by arrangement with a consideration for travel expenses.

 

  • The customer is responsible for settling any international import/customs charges and fees levied on the finished project when shipped outside Greece.

 

  • If payment in full is not received within 1 calendar month of completion of work (unless by mutual agreement), the artist reserves the right to sell the project on the open market and no refund on any monies already paid will be made.

 

  • The artist reserves the right to publish and share images of the work during and after construction in the public domain, the 4THECRAFT’s YouTube Channel, Instagram and Facebook Pages, for promotional and instructional purposes.
